Melissa is a mechanical engineer by background, and began her career developing emissions control devices for diesel engines. Through a series of God-led events, she has taken her leadership and business skills into the nonprofit sector. Her love of data analysis, spreadsheets, structure, and process efficiency is a pivotal part of the behind-the-scenes work at CG Midtown.
Melissa lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Ryan, and their two children. They enjoy going on outdoor adventures together, gardening, riding their bikes, and eating ice cream.
