A Hoosier from birth, Lexi graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in arts management and spent the years that followed working in various ministry roles in Bloomington. She married her husband, Garrett, in 2017. They welcomed their energetic, thoughtful son, Andrew, in 2019 and their very anticipated daughter, Ellie, in 2024. She and her family have been attending Common Ground since 2021.
Mental health, allergy-friendly food, music, and good Americanos are a few of her favorite things. Serving in the nursery on Sundays, spending time with her community that feels like family, and figuring out how to incorporate the practices of Jesus into her and her family’s rhythms are all how God is simultaneously filling her cup and inviting her into deeper relationship with Him and others.
