Jim Matthies
Pastor of Formission
Jim and Janna Matthies were married in 1996 and have three adult children. After nine years of ministry in Indianapolis, Jim joined the pastoral staff at Common Ground in 2008 and is the formission pastor, overseeing spiritual formation and missions.
Jim delights in retreating with God, backpacking, exploring cities/countries, watching baseball, and discussing politics/current events. Jim and Janna enjoy traveling to favorite spots like Evanston, IL, Door County, WI, and Southwest Michigan.
